Cilantro Stems Taco Sauce
Ingredients
- Stems from 2 bunches of cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Adobo seasoning, to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the sauce to a squeeze bottle or airtight container.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
