Cilantro Stems Taco Sauce

Ingredients

  • Stems from 2 bunches of cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Adobo seasoning, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the sauce to a squeeze bottle or airtight container.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
